Meet the Team: Carissa

Meet Carissa – she joined our team as a Leasing Agent! We are excited to have her on board to move tenants into their new home.  

What do you love most about EPIC so far?

• The team atmosphere. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming, and it’s been fun getting to know everyone. I have also loved learning the different buildings with Megan, Joe, and Kelsi.

What was your very first job?

• A Summer Nanny for a family with four little ones

Where is your favorite place you have traveled to?

• New Orleans

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

• Either at a Fargo Restaurant, golfing at one of the courses, on a weekend trip, working on a house project, or binge watching a Netflix series.

What 3 words would your friends use to describe you?

• Caring
• Organized
• Listener

What do you wish the work fridge was always stocked with?

• Diet Coke and Gatorade

What are 3 things still left on your bucket list?  

• Get on an airplane for the first time
• Travel to Nashville
• Travel to Banff

What do you look forward to in the next year at EPIC?

• Getting to know the team better and taking part in the developments EPIC currently has as well as the new upcoming developments planned throughout the area.
