The EPIC project, called UNITE, will be the third building in EPIC’s downtown Gateway development. EPIC’s goal for this project is to create outdoor and indoor public spaces for the community to enjoy, uniting the communities of Moorhead and Fargo.
UNITE is planned to have 18,000 square feet of commercial space as well as public community space.
